Shipping Policy
1. Free Mainland UK Delivery
- Delivery Time: 2-4 working days.

Exclusions: Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Note: Personalized or custom-engraved items will be dispatched 5-6 working days after an order is placed.
2. Shipping Rates
- Europe: £8.00 (Estimated delivery: 2-5 working days).
- International: £12.00 (Estimated delivery: 5-10 working days).
3. Order Status Inquiries
To check the status of your order, please email poppy@esmerajewellery.com, quoting your name and order number for assistance.
4. Signed For Deliveries
For 'signed for' shipping options, a recipient must be present at the delivery address to accept the parcel. If no one is available during delivery, the courier will leave a calling card, enabling you to reschedule delivery at a more convenient time.
5. International Postal Terms
Esmera Jewellery cannot assume responsibility for the following issues related to international shipping:
- Lost, damaged, missing, or delayed parcels.
- Customs-related delays.
While 99% of international shipments arrive as scheduled, Esmera Jewellery’s liability ends once the parcel is handed over to the recipient country’s courier. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees or import taxes that may be charged in the destination country.
6. UK Addresses
We cannot deliver to the following:
- PO Boxes.
- Forwarding addresses.
Additionally, Esmera Jewellery cannot accept liability for errors resulting from incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout.
7. Physical Store Availability
Esmera Jewellery does not currently operate a physical store. As a result, customers cannot visit, collect orders, or return items to a store location.
8. Faster Delivery Options
If your order is urgent:
- Choose the fastest delivery option at checkout.
- For exceptional cases, contact us at poppy@esmerajewellery.com, providing your name, order number, and required delivery date. We will strive to meet your requirements.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your parcel’s unique tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment via the courier’s online tracking portal. Tracking services are active from dispatch until the parcel is delivered.
